Terms of service
These terms cover your use of FixOrder, a Shopify app made by Sallitar.
1. Agreement
By installing or using FixOrder you agree to these terms on behalf of your store. You also remain bound by Shopify's own terms, including the Shopify App Store terms.
2. The service
FixOrder lets your customers, within limits you configure, fix their shipping address within the same country, swap an item to an equal-price variant of the same product, and cancel an order before it is fulfilled. It works only through Shopify's APIs and on orders in your store.
3. Pricing and billing
- FixOrder costs $49/month with a 14-day free trial.
- Charges are billed by Shopify through your Shopify invoice, in US dollars.
- You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app. Billing stops when you uninstall.
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any price change.
4. Your responsibilities
- Refunds and payments. FixOrder never issues refunds or collects payments. When a customer cancels, you decide on and issue any refund from Shopify admin.
- Shopify Protect. Changing the shipping address after checkout voids Shopify Protect on orders it covers. You accept this risk when you turn on address edits.
- Fulfillment timing. Changes are only possible while an order is unfulfilled. Holding orders during the edit window, for example with the Shopify Flow recipe, is up to you.
- Your customers. You're responsible for your store's own policies and for telling customers how their data is handled, as described in our privacy policy.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use FixOrder to break the law or Shopify's policies, interfere with the service, or try to access data that isn't yours.
6. Data
We handle store and customer data only as described in the privacy policy, and only to provide the service.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep FixOrder available and correct, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features depend on Shopify's platform. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the app, we'll give at least 30 days' notice.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
FixOrder is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Sallitar isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost sales, or chargebacks, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for FixOrder in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can stop using FixOrder at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. After uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
