Let customers fix their own order before it ships.

FixOrder adds a small “Need to change something?” block to the Thank you page, the Order status page, and customer accounts. Customers make the change; you get an email and a tagged order instead of a support ticket.

What customers can do

  • Fix a shipping address

Customers correct a typo or a stale saved address themselves, within the same country and inside your edit window.

  • Swap size or color

Only to an in-stock variant of the same product at exactly the same price, so there's never anything to charge or refund.

  • Cancel before fulfillment

Customers cancel and pick a reason while the order is still unfulfilled. Stock is restocked; you issue any refund from Shopify admin.

Shopify Protect and address changes

Changing the shipping address after checkout voids Shopify Protect on orders it covers. FixOrder doesn't hide this: merchants must acknowledge it before address edits can be turned on, customers on protected orders see a warning they must accept before saving, and the merchant email for those orders says coverage is likely void.

How it works

  1. Choose the edit window (30 minutes by default), which actions to allow, and tags to exclude.
  2. Add the FixOrder blocks in the checkout and customer account editors.
  3. Customers change their order themselves; you get a confirmation email and a tagged order.

One plan: $49/month with a 14-day free trial, billed through Shopify. No per-edit fees, no upsells. FixOrder never issues refunds or collects payments.
